![]() ![]() Here s where our experience went south and quickly! Karmel shuttle was set to pick us up at 12:50. So no big deal we just walked across the parking lot. They dropped us at the Marriott suites and we were actually staying at the delta Marriott next door. Upon arrival from the airport service was great driver was friendly. Karnel shuttle was the shuttle that was part of the package. We booked our trip through COSTCO to Disneyland. And although it is not a huge amount (however, it is a container of formula), if there was just a little care taken, this could have been avoided. I now have to go repurchase the hooks out of my own pocket, which are $20. I hope he learns now to remove luggage instead of tugging at luggage underneath and letting the above luggage fall. But why would he buy key hooks for a stroller? When he himself also has a kid and knows you have to hang diaper bags and grocery bags off these hooks. I put in a claim but insurance did not respond till after I got back from the trip, and has stated they cannot compensate even though the wrong hooks have been provided. When I got back to the room, is when I noticed the difference. I was not able to match them until i got back to the room, since the driver only dropped them off at the front lobby. I am now stuck to repurchase new proper hooks out of my own pocket. The replaced hooks are much smaller and now my insurance says they will not do anything for me. The driver did go out of his way to repurchase a hook, but the down side, he purchased the cheapest hooks he found which are only meant for keys not for hanging bags off a stroller. When we got dropped off, I realized my hook from the stroller was now missing, I assume it is stuck to the other individuals luggage as it was there when we grabbed our stroller from the airport (it was wrapped in a bag going thru airport). he just yanked out her luggage instead of moving mine and thus I watched my stroller fall. I watched my driver as he unloaded the other individuals luggage. My luggage was all packed on top of the other individuals luggage. I also was last drop off from the air port. I was second pick and last pick from the air port. I would recommend not using them if you have another option. I would never use this company again in my life and I will tell everyone I know about how we were treated. When getting home and checking my account it shows that we were charged again. We finally did get them picked up and got to the airport. I explained to the driver that we had already been charged for the extra members of our party. He then yelled and said that we would have to pay extra for the pick up of our friends. The manager got very angry and started swearing while my family sat in the van and listened to the conversation on speaker phone. He called his boss at dispatch and asked him to check the reservation and there were no extra people on the screen he could see. When I reminded our driver about our friends that would be riding with us that were at another hotel he said that it was not on the schedule. When I called the day before our departure to confirm our reservation with the company they said it was good and that we should be set to go. We had called Karmel and added 2 extra people to our private van, but they were staying at a different hotel than us. The second leg of our trip the driver was 1/2 hour early and seemed impatient when we were not ready. The van was very dirty and the driver drove very fast and crazy. When we arrived in California our first leg of the trip the driver was 1 hour late picking us up at the airport. When we arrived in California our first leg of the. ![]()
